HR Integration: Better Sync & amp; Secure Logging

Sage has improved the synchronization between Sage 300 HR Integration and Sage HR,making it smoother for users managing people’s data across systems. One big enhancement is the introduction of encrypted activity logging. This allows for secure data sharing with Sage Customer Support—critical for resolving issues faster and safer.

Web Screens Just Got More User-Friendly!

A small but incredibly helpful feature: you can now mark your favorite web screens using astar icon. This adds them to a personalized list, so your most-used views are just one click away. This is especially useful for accountants and operations teams who jump between the same core modules daily.

Bonus: Overall performance improvements have been made across web screens—so expect smoother, faster load times.

Bank Feeds: New Setup Experience & Behind-the-Scenes Migration

Bank Feeds are now updated to align with newer technology standards. If you’re using this feature, you’ll go through a brief onboarding process which requires a Sage ID.

* If you already have bank feeds configured, don’t worry—the system will automatically migrate your existing setup in the background after onboarding. This ensures minimal disruption and a more secure, modern connection to your banking institutions.

Sage Intelligence: Bulk Imports & Scheduling = Game-Changer

This update brings two powerful enhancements to Sage Intelligence:

 Auto-Bulk Import:

Detects new reports automatically when the software launches
Adds a clean progress tracker (with cancel option)
Now supports consolidation reports, streamlining bulk or manual imports

Report Scheduling:

Automate report generation right in the application
Set daily or weekly schedules down to specific times and days
Automatically save outputs to your specified folders

One Important Note for Payroll Users:
If you're running both Canadian and US Payroll via Sage 300 Web Screens, make sure the same version of tax updates is installed for both. Mismatched versions can cause login issues to the Web Screens environment.
